Wedding Present Envy

There are many people that live on the water or have such close access to a keilim mikvah that the concept of hiring someone to tovel their kitchen items seems such a foreign and strange concept.

I will create a hypothetical yet common scenario. Shani and Shalom get engaged (MAZAL TOV!), at the wedding shower Shani receives all sorts of amazing items for her new kitchen to-be. The registry Shalom and her signed up with gets bought out, they are ecstatic. Their entire kitchen - for baking challah on erev Shabbos, to the beautiful Shabbos meals, midweek dinner nights, and even the occasional smoothie for breakfast all bought and ready to be used!

NOT quite... They still need to tovel it all, and that may take an entire day or two or even a few! In the wedding rush with all the planning and preparing they will have to set aside the many hours to tirelessly schlep the heavy boxes of their entire kitchen of plates, pots, pans, and cutlery. To remove the stickers from each and every item and tovel and dry each one. The work isn't easy and in the rush of it all some items break and they loose some of the beautiful brand new gifts they received.

Came along Kosher Keilim with a solution. Toveling gift cards. Shani and Shaloms friends add an item onto their friends wedding registry, a gift card towards toveling all their items. Now the Chosson and Kallah get to sit back and truly relax and enjoy the start of their new lives together! No need for toveling for weeks or months after the wedding and eating from disposable dishes and takeout .
